Meet Penny the Farm Truck

Penny is a Chevrolet First Series 5-window 3100 pickup truck. This pickup was produced from 1947 until 1955. Chevrolet was late bringing the 1955 Task Force Design to market, so the 1955 First Series was produced until March 25th 1955. No records were kept by Chevrolet of how many 1955 First Series were produced. She was built in Southern California and has spent her years on a farm in North Carolina. She is now living out her retirement in Massachusetts.
